2010 Synod of the
Ecumenical Catholic Communion

Sts. Clare & Francis Community is honored to host the 2010 ECC Synod to be held in St. Louis, MO. at the Doubletree Westport Hotel, Tuesday night October 26 through Saturday morning October 30, 2010.
The Synod brings together a growing Communion from across the nation. It offers a rare opportunity for fellowship, prayer, and a sharing of ideas with delegates of the House of Laity, the House of Pastors, other ECC members, communion partners, as well as our many friends and visitors.
This Synod will help us take another step by celebrating the bricks that are now being put onto the framework built since 2003: new communities, new communion partners, two new regions with proposed regional bishops, a proposed auxiliary bishop, and a new suffragan bishop.
It is our hope that all can stay at the Doubletree Hotel-Westport to further foster a spirit of communion. In an effort to accomplish this, we have negotiated $89 room rates (with free airport shuttle, parking and internet), and registration price of $325 inclusive of all meals Wednesday through Friday.
We are committed to environmental stewardship; to this end, we have contracted with the hotel to provide 100% renewable electric energy; and every effort will be made to reduce and recycle.
